In carpet washing businesses, drying is one of the most critical stages determining delivery time. Even with a strong washing and extraction line in place, an inadequate drying room slows the operational flow.

The right choice depends not only on machine power but on room volume, daily carpet volume, extraction performance and climate conditions.

Interpret dehumidifying capacity against the real room load

Dehumidifying capacity shows how much water can be removed from the air in a given time; but insulation, door openings, carpet volume and the moisture left after extraction all change the outcome.

Balanced, effective extraction reduces the amount of water left in the carpet. With weak extraction, even a more powerful dryer may run long hours at high energy.

Compare price against total operating cost

Dehumidification, fans, energy, body, controls and service structure all influence the price. The lowest purchase price is not always the lowest cost.
